1. The service
Callevo (also SalesCallCoach) provides AI-powered voice products for phone-based selling: sales-call training against AI personas, and candidate assessment for hiring sales reps ("the Service"). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
3. Plans, tokens, and payment
- Individual training is offered on free and paid subscription tiers with usage limits per plan.
- Candidate assessment (Callevo Hire) is sold as assessment tokens or subscriptions; one token covers one complete candidate assessment.
- Paid fees are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable once the associated usage has begun.
4. Recorded calls and consent
The Service records and processes voice during calls to transcribe and score them. If you invite candidates or other third parties to take calls, you are responsible for having any consent or notice required by the applicable law in their location. Handling of personal information is described in our US Privacy Notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive use; no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access without authorization; no uploading of content you have no right to process.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including personas, scoring rubrics, and prompts. You retain rights in the content you provide; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service and produce your results.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated scores and feedback are decision support, not a guarantee of any hiring or sales outcome, and should not be the sole basis for an employment decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service. You can export or delete your data from your account settings.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Governing law and venue will be specified prior to general availability. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
