Draft notice — pending legal review. This describes how callevo handles personal information for users in the United States.
1. Who we are
callevo (SalesCallCoach) provides AI-powered voice sales training. This notice supplements our general privacy policy for residents of US states with their own privacy laws (California/CCPA & CPRA; Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas) and Illinois (BIPA).
2. Personal information we collect
- Account data: email, name, authentication identifiers.
- Sensitive personal information — voice (biometric): we record and process your voice during training/assessment calls to transcribe and evaluate your performance.
- Usage data: call metadata, scores, app interactions.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the training/assessment product, generate your feedback, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We process your voice only to produce your results — not for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
4. We do not sell your personal information
callevo does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still record your preference via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out.
5. Your rights
- Right to know / access the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete your personal information.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing and limit use of sensitive PI.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Exercise these from your account settings: export your data (machine-readable JSON) or delete your account. Requests are also accepted at admin@callevo.io.
6. Illinois residents — Biometric Information (BIPA)
Your voice is a biometric identifier under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. We collect and process it only with your prior, explicit consent (the opt-in shown before any recording). We do not sell, lease, or trade biometric data. We retain voice recordings for at most 30 days and transcripts for at most 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Retention
Audio recordings: up to 30 days. Transcripts: up to 90 days. Account and evaluation data: until you delete your account.
